Stay away from this place! Terrible customer service and completely disrespectful! Find another company fast! The only reason I’m giving it one star is because of Angel’s attempt to rectify the situation. It deserves a big fat 0 STARS!
Best service ever......highly recommend if you want support! Just hung up with Derek at 10:00pm on a Friday! Worked me thru software update issues and set up my Garmin for our trip tomorrow! Wow!
If I were y'all I would not use this company for the life of me. I had a couple installs done and none of which were done properly. I have had water leak through my boat. And a unit that was sold to me off the shelf that might I say did not work right. I was charged an arm and a leg and told that breakwater does the best work in town. In my eyes they the best work in town would be to work with the customer and make sure there are no leaks and everything works properly.
