We used Toll Brothers to build a home in the Belterra development near Dripping Springs, TX. We have had nothing but disappointment with the construction of the home and their follow up warranty work. Our garage floor was cracking while the home was still under warranty. They saw it and indicated they would fix the cracks and seal the floor to keep it from happening in the future. Ten months later they want to send out a couple guys and put caulk into the cracks. Do not build a house with Toll Brothers. #1 They will do the best to avoid warranty claims and during the building process. #2 Many errors were made by using cheap contractors who does not even use a professional tile cutter to cut tiles. They use DIY tile cutters and create so many cracks in tiles. Same with wooden floors. Do not make the mistake we made in your next choice.
