Lotus house is a very good place and staff helps members to learn how to do things around the clubhouse and the staff is doing a very good job and the members are also doing a good job everyone keep up the good work everyone is great
They have little regard for training staff. They “let go” the person who was training my daughter and she was expected to “figure it out” on her own. My daughter was not completely innocent in this but deserved to have her needs met as well. If you haven’t got well trained staff how can you possibly expect them to truly help members head toward recovery. I’ve worked in mental health for over 30 years. Shotty, shotty waste of money
Doesn't listen to anyone especially my wife wendy she was put on pause for no reason I stood in front of a client trying to hit her
Great service to the community.
Great job serving the community & their needs very underfunded but hard working dedicated staff & clients keep up the good work
