Qigong changed my life. Irene is an amazing teacher and healer. Her background as a performer and an empath has provided her the most hilariously, intriguing, and objective outlook on the stage of life. She empowers you to heal yourself, while guiding you nutritionally, physically, and emotionally/mentally/spiritually on your path to overall wellness. Great space to rent out for teaching yoga classes, and if you EVER get the chance to attend one of the "Breath Empowerments," take it! It is TRANSFORMATIVE!
