I had a terrible experience here. Billing was a mess — I started with a credit and then suddenly “owed” a huge amount when they switched staff, with no clear explanation. I brought my daughter for help when she was 14 and even though she was engaging in very unsafe behavior, they never referred her to higher care until I pushed for residential treatment. We ran into billing issues, and then they sent us a letter with their name and massive logo on the envelope. 🤦♀️ as if we need it broadcast to anyone who grabs the mail. In addition, the therapist was unkept. They came to the session with bed head hair. Their lack of basic grooming and care for appearance was a huge turnoff and made them seem untrustworthy.
