Ever since our HOA hired this company, our needs and concerns are quickly dismissed by these people. I have an ongoing noise transference issue with one specific neighbor and despite filing multiple requests, haven't received a call from them once. They don't care to find out about your concern and will dismiss your need completely. These people must be regulated under some State agency., I guess I would have to find out. The level of service from this company has been abysmal. They rarely respond to emails, and when they do they tell unit owners they have to figure out everything on their own. They do not like doing work at Breakaway and feel entitled to receive HOA money for doing absolutely nothing.
