Exceptional customer service! I ordered three medium t-shirts and instead got three XL t-shirts. I didnt notice it until like 2 or 3 weeks later, though i did initially said the t-shirts ran quite large. I noticed the wrong size while folding clothes one Sunday afternoon. I emailed them that same day, sent a photo, and they emailed me a day or two later saying they would look into it. Next day, they said theyll send another three t-shirts in the correct size.
