The restaurant has a selective menu. It is bit over priced compared to other Indian restaurants. I loved the lamb Biryani. it was exquisite. Try their lamb biryani, its awesome. Its the best Biryani I ever had.
CAREFUL, or they'll steal your hard earned 'bread' – We came here for a birthday lunch celebration, and to put it bluntly, we'll never go back. The menu was lacking in choices, and what we ultimately did order was lacking in flavor (think curry from a cardboard box). As someone who's eaten plenty of Indian food (I'm Indian), there was nothing authentic about this food, nor did it make sense that the menu was not meant to be eaten family style. Awesome! This is an offshoot of the original Berkeley restaurant, and has a similar menu. Breads of India is known for using high quality ingredients and free-range chicken, which is just wonderful since my family tries to eat healthy
Great tasting Indian cuisine While waiting for my watch to be repaired, I walked across the street and found this nice Indian cuisine restaurant for lunch. The ambiance was nice and inviting. The staff greeted me as I came in the door. I haven't eaten at many Indian restaurants but the beef kabobs here were very tasty with the right combination of spices.
