I've been fiddling with sourdough bread making for a few years, and got to a point where I'm mostly successful. My wife and I found Ed's bread stand at the Tuesday night market in St. Augustine, and his bread totally blew us away. I felt so lucky that he offered classes to share his knowledge. I’m a big bread lover and love trying breads all over the world. Specially in Jacksonville I found couple of people who I love to buy bread from, however from the time I found Ed and his gem I never turned back. If you’re a sourdough lover it’s a must try for you! For my palate it’s a right texture, acidity and the smell hits home!!! And the most importantly it doesn’t make you bloated! I buy 3 loaves every week and tell all my friends about him! Ed, keep doing your noble God’s work, just keep baking bread!❤️
