The beginner class was a great introduction to making sourdough bread. I now feel more confident about the process of making sourdough bread at home on my own.

The class was fun and interactive. Ed was very knowledgeable and approachable to answer questions and provide recommendations or input to those needing the guidance. A definitely good class to take!

I’m a novice sourdough baker. The class is so informative, engaging and very much “hands on”. Ed is so knowledgeable and so patient with all of our questions. I’m definitely gaining more confidence doing the entire process. I love how my sourdough turned out baking my “take home dough”. I did this only after taking 1 class. Will definitely be making sourdough every week.

The most fun 3 hours we’ve had in a long time! To have this level of hands on experience from a professional chef is invaluable. I’ve taken chemistry, microbiology etc. in college and i still learned a lot. Following directions is one thing, but knowing why the steps matter is another. Great class! Highly recommend!!
