I’m a novice sourdough baker. The class is so informative, engaging and very much “hands on”. Ed is so knowledgeable and so patient with all of our questions. I’m definitely gaining more confidence doing the entire process. I love how my sourdough turned out baking my “take home dough”. I did this only after taking 1 class. Will definitely be making sourdough every week.

The most fun 3 hours we’ve had in a long time! To have this level of hands on experience from a professional chef is invaluable. I’ve taken chemistry, microbiology etc. in college and i still learned a lot. Following directions is one thing, but knowing why the steps matter is another. Great class! Highly recommend!!

This class was exactly what I needed to gain confidence in the process, Ed was expertly able to answer all those questions I had after only baking a short period. I was stuck on some key timing indicators and now my sourdough is next level! Loved that | left the class with a great healthy starter too! Highly recommend if you are wanting to get good, straightforward advice and training, skip the hours of YouTube tutorials that leave you confused. Don’t hesitate for a second to sign up for a class!
