I've had a backyard wood oven since 2005. It was good for pizza and grilling, but had no ability to retain heat. When we decided to remodel our kitchen and put a wood burning oven inside, I knew I wanted an oven with great heat retention so I could bake for days on retained heat. We love our Breadstone Oven almost as much as our customers do. It is a workhorse and has only been a bright spot in our kitchen. I cant tell you how many people come in to the pub and go straight to the kitchen pass to take a look at the oven!! Antoine and his team were very helpful.
Bought my brick oven trailer from Breadstone Ovens and wouldn’t want to deal or buy from anyone else the ovens they build are well built and the quality is top notch! If you are in the market to buy a brick oven give them a call!
