Our spinach croissant is one of our most staff collaborative items. Our cooks make the spinach/artichoke/feta filling (which they also use for the Egg Florentine and Turkey Florentine). Our dough mixer makes the dough and butter squares. Our pastry department laminates and shapes the croissants. Our bakers bake them and either our Front of the House staff or our wholesale delivery staff gets them to you! #deliciousteamwork
