BRE Properties Inc has been amazing. We have been in our home for 2 years and have no complaints. The construction was flawless and the customer service has been instantaneous. I couldn't recommend a Dixon property more highly - hassle free beautiful homes.
I stayed in the Verandas one of the Apartments in the Bre Properties Portfolio. The location is close to great restaraunts, Safeways, and directly across the street from the Bart Station. The management team is awesome. Soriya is a great manager. She gets things down fast and professionally. The Maintenance staff Jorge and the other guys are timely and work hard to resolve issues. I would highly recommend the Verandas and Bre Properties. You can also pay your bill online and get maintanence service requests done online.
