We bought our house from BRB in November 2022. Approximately 18 months after closing (6 months after the builder “warranty” expired we started noticing cracks in our vinyl flooring. That got increasingly worse and the floor started lifting up in areas. We have had to have the floors replaced and when the old floors were ripped up there was no vapor barrier and the concrete base had so many waves and uneven dips that our contractor had to use leveling compound on the entire concrete base. Beware, this is a family run business. The owners relatives hide their screw ups from him. If you have a problem circumvent Jessica and speak directly with Roy. They cheapened everywhere they could with our home, big disappointment.
