Purchased a rio grand 3030 on 2/14/16. Didnt work from the start, sent to Braztech for repair 3 times. 3rd time they kept it said they would ship a replacement. Today is 7/21/17 they still havent replaced it, said its still on back order Terrible product and service.. Service order number MAXXXXXX.
