This place doesn't know what their doing. I took both my kids there different days. My daughter was complaining her ear was hurting and she had fever. They said she just has a cold and just to buy her some motrin and tylenol and alternate between the two till her fever goes away. I didn't think they were right. My daughter was in pain. So I left there went to another doctor somewhere else and the doctor said she had double ear infection. Doctor gave her two shots and antibiotics. I would like to thank the staff at Brazosport Urgent Care they are very nice and helpful. My wait time was short it wasn’t very busy when I went in so I also know that will very. Gladys Tello ANP is very knowledgeable and she was able to help me with my allergies and she was able to help me understand a few other thing about my Bp as well. When my wife or I ever get sick, we usually go to the Brazosport Regional Urgent Care Center on Oak Dr. in Lake Jackson. We can usually get in much quicker than our regular doctors office. Most of the time we have seen Gladys. She has always been great. She always takes the time to listen to us. Gladys gives a thorough exam. She then takes the time to explain.
