7 months after my surgery I get a surprise bill from a collections agency (CMRE) stating I have outstanding balance from Singleton Associates PA. I have no idea who they are. I have been paying all my bills as soon as I get them...you know the dozen bills you get from all people that supposedly provided service to you. I know they're balance billing, but why would these people send it directly to a collections agency instead of sending me a bill? The worst billing experience I have ever had ! This group send you a text message to pay your bill🤔 . Not knowing who they are I was never informed after my X-ray appt. that I would be receiving a bill from this group. Poor communication .

I agree with everyone who says their billings practices are horrible. I received a computer generated phone call about paying a bill that I had already paid. The cancelled check had already cleared the bank... Then had to provide them with a copy to PROVE I had already paid. The next step if I hear from them again will be my lawyer. I'm SO done with these people.

I only give them one star because I can’t give them zero. They suck. No way to contact them, then they threaten to send you to collections. Only option on website is to pay. Can’t talk to a representative. Keep sending me a bill for services I do not owe. AAARGHH! DO NOT GO TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Absolutely the worst billing practices I have ever encountered. We only pay them by check because they always get it wrong and I must prove to them or the credit company that they have been paid. These guys are so bad it is my suspicion they do it on purpose to double collect on people who are too sick to figure it out.. How do we get these guys investigated and or audited? Criminals.

Terrible billing practices. We have received past due bills with no explanation of service because they were past due. Meanwhile we never received the original bill. I called for date of service and the procedure covered to find out from my insurance carrier that we did not owe that amount at all. I sent proof and asked for a corrected invoice to pay the right amount. Instead of doing that, they put a bad report on my Husbands credit score. All the experienced nurses where fired and replaced with unexperienced, fresh out of nursing school dumb asses, that don't even know how to, draw blood. I won't bring my worst enemy to BRSH it is a joke. What is taking so long to open that new ER and who's going to staff more new grads, and where did all the money go could it have been used for pay raises for the administration and their vacations. It won't even pass for a animal hospital more like a little Peyton Place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off, the hospital is a dump. The staff is not very knowledgable or friendly. They checked my son in under the wrong name, forgot to run a test and had to do it after he fell asleep, and not one time did anyone on the staff introduce themselves. I do not recommend this place and will just make the drive to Texas Children's next time.
