All the experienced nurses where fired and replaced with unexperienced, fresh out of nursing school dumb asses, that don't even know how to, draw blood. I won't bring my worst enemy to BRSH it is a joke. What is taking so long to open that new ER and who's going to staff more new grads, and where did all the money go could it have been used for pay raises for the administration and their vacations. It won't even pass for a animal hospital more like a little Peyton Place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off, the hospital is a dump. The staff is not very knowledgable or friendly. They checked my son in under the wrong name, forgot to run a test and had to do it after he fell asleep, and not one time did anyone on the staff introduce themselves. I do not recommend this place and will just make the drive to Texas Children's next time.
