I called to make an appointment as it was the only in-network pediatric dentist location in Brenham. They insisted we were out-of-network even though I verified coverage through UHC. When scheduling, they stated they no longer come to Brenham even though Brenham is listed as a provider on their website. When attempting to schedule an appointment with out-of-network benefits coverage, the staff advised that my children would only be allowed to be seen with a parent, per office policy. The 10 minute grace period for showing up to appointment lacks empathy. It should be moved to 15 minutes. We showed up exactly 10 minutes late to appointment (because life happens) and had to reschedule.
RecommendedChristopher is all done ! Thankfully he was able to get in to have his bothersome tooth pulled right before the school year !!!
