The 10 minute grace period for showing up to appointment lacks empathy. It should be moved to 15 minutes. We showed up exactly 10 minutes late to appointment (because life happens) and had to reschedule.

My 7 year old has always gone here and we have always loved it. The staff is warm and welcoming, they make it a good experience.
Do NOT take your children here if they are on Medicaid. They tried putting caps on my 6 year old's teeth because they said he had 2 cavities. I ended up getting kicked off Medicaid so I had to switch dentists. The new dentist redid his XRAYs and MY SON HAD 0 CAVITIES. NONE. I have opened an investigation on them with medicaid so HOPEFULLY they won't be able to lie to anymore parents.
