I called to make an appointment as it was the only in-network pediatric dentist location in Brenham. They insisted we were out-of-network even though I verified coverage through UHC. When scheduling, they stated they no longer come to Brenham even though Brenham is listed as a provider on their website. When attempting to schedule an appointment with out-of-network benefits coverage, the staff advised that my children would only be allowed to be seen with a parent, per office policy.
