I rented a unit online prior to needing it . And when it came time to use it I ended up not needing it. I asked multiple times for a refund since I never even went through the gate to enter the site and was told The district manager was trying to be contacted about it and no one ever could apparently get a hold of the person who could issue the refund to me. So they canceled my unit I did not have access to it and never refunded my money.
This is extremely disappointing . The email confirmation I received does not reflect the proper rates. I was told that my first month would be free and thereafter the rate would be $49 when I arrived with all my belongings I was told that that was incorrect with not much many options left. I had to go ahead and rent the unit but told them I would be contacting you all because this is not what I agreed to today my moving rate was $65 and my monthly charge 74 thereafter I am very disappointed as I feel I’ve been manipulated an... read more
