While resurfacing a bathtub in a neighboring apartment, it was not properly ventilated and got into the AC units of our whole building. EXTREMELY IMPRESSED After a horrible experience with a near-by community, I was referred to BC by another property that did not have the floor plan of interest. BEST rental decision I have made in a very long time. Erica, Hailey and everyone else has been professional, with great communication skills, work orders are completed within 48 hours or addressed, as I sit on my balcony in the evenings, I love seeing the on-site police officer patrol for security and the property stays aesthetically pleasant, for the most part. Verified Renter Nice clean apartments and kitchen area, same old apartment stoves and fridge, no bugs or roaches, thin walls, nice flooring and bathrooms, dumpsters are always over flowing and some staff can be unprofessional and not informative until something goes wrong.

Really glad I found this gem! My husband and I found this apartment complex online and we are so in love with the floor plan and the great atmosphere! The staff is so amazing and Taylor helped me with all parts of moving in! I love being right by the pool, and having pretty cool neighbors. Really glad we moved here!
