For the most part, its a nice place. The front office and maintenance are both attentive, but I have neighbors above me with rowdy kids, and what seem to be parents who don't parent. The majority of my day is spent listening to quite loud running, rough and tumble play, stuff being dropped or knocked over, and though I can hear the parents cheering on sports games and the like as it is going on, its like they don't care to control their kids at all. The staff is nice, but I've been fighting tooth and nail to get major issues fixed for months, and it isn't happening. Short version: Squirrels in our attic and vents since December. A/C unable to cool our unit within legal limits all summer. Mold first suspected and reported in June. It's August 28. We heard squirrel noises above our bedroom starting in December. Thank you to Matthew on the maintenance team. He was prompt in fixing all my issues in my apartment. He was very friendly and courteous.
Maintenance came and addressed the issue and replce the whole garage disposal system. No more leaks under the sink. I highly appreciate there services.
Moved in about 2 weeks ago. Its been very nice. Service Manager Chris Faddoul has been great. He has definitely been attentive and has taken care of any concerns
