The maintenance staff is very thorough and very nice. Chris has been here. I believe maybe 2 years 2 and a 1 I've lived here since 2022. And he has always came and made sure whatever the issue was in my apartment made sure that everything was taken care of he's such a nice person. Such a generous thoughtful maintenance man. We couldn't ask for anyone better to be over the Brazos. Lead maintenance than Chris, we don't ever wanna lose him. Please always give him his props management.
The maintenance staff at the Brazos is excellent. Chris has always been prompt and efficient in addressing any repair or replacement needs. Fortunately, I haven’t had many maintenance requests, but on the few occasions I have, he has been extremely responsive. Thank you for the outstanding service! -Terrance
If you are looking for a new place to live, check out the Brazos. The current management team is amazing. Not only is the complex well maintained, but the team is also quick to respond to resident requests. Someone else mentioned in their review that Chris is the hardest working man he knew. I second that! I'm a long-term resident & will be renewing for another year.
