I have never been so upset and disappointed with a business experience. I have been going to the Riverside location for years, and never once have I been asked to provide identification until today. I completely understand if policies have changed, but being spoken to disrespectfully and lied to is where I draw the line. I always have a great experience at Brazils Waxing Center. Jessie was amazing, professional, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Had a great time talking with her. Highly recommend the Hard Wax with Brazils Waxing Center. No harsh chemicals and smooth skin afterwards. My favorite go to for my Waxing needs.
