Today was hands down the best appointment I've had in over two years of visiting Brazil's! The front desk staff was incredibly informative about the recent changes within the company, and then there was Trinity—she’s gained a lifelong customer. Her personality, attention to detail, and overall care were absolutely amazing. She even gave me the warm towel treatment, something I never experienced at the previous location I used to go to. Truly exceptional service!
