First of all, good luck substantiating the billing, because Judy states she keeps no files of the case, therefore there is no evidence of billing accuracy. Judy charges $200/hr, only to perform on the level of a part-time employee that is not invested in her job. As a PC, she is essentially given free range to do as she pleases, as it takes a court order to remove her as I did. Judy Hester lied to Boone County DCS.
