Very professional and took what I thought was going to be a very uncomfortable experience and made it almost pleasant. Remember you are still getting waxed after all lol. She also gave thorough after care instructions and a nice little free gift to help with the post wax care. I love this place and will be going back for all my waxing needs!!!
