I’ve been coming here for years and usually have a okay experience. Today I had a 10:30 appointment and was already on my way when I got a call 30 minutes before that my appointment was canceled. They said there was not one single person that could service me until 2pm. I live an hour away so as anyone could see this was a huge inconvenience. Very disappointing.
Booked weeks in advance, received confirmation of date and time; staff messed up their scheduling and denied my service for their mistake. They were not apologetic nor accommodating. I won’t be back, I’m thoroughly disgusted with their customer service. Would not recommend.
This is a nice wax location, the staff is lovely, service was great and affordable. I love it here! I do recommend
