DO NOT do business with this company. They present themselves as professional however they do not honor their contract or their work. Initially, I thought they’d done a good job. Four months later floors began to fade. Michael Maravilla was the Sales Rep. he’s come back out and even sent a tech out. I have been waiting for two months for them to rectify the issue. Emerson did an incredible job installing hardwood floors in my condo. I couldn't be happier with the service! He was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, professional, and affordable. I had badly damaged, cheap bamboo floors and needed to replace them to get ready to sell my place. Emerson started work this Monday and completed it today, Wednesday, by noon. It was incredible!
