They came to clean our house and they did such an awesome job my wife’s wedding rings were stolen. They claim to have insurance but it doesn’t cover negligence on their part or theft by their employees.
RecommendedI have had 2 other cleaning services and was never satisfied. The team that cleans my home from Brazilian cleaning solutions has been awesome. They go above and beyond what any other cleaning company has done. I highly recommend this company.
Unfortunately I was disappointed after the first initial deep clean. They continued to promise to do better but I learned it was more cleaning around things not actually cleaning. Trash wouldn’t be emptied, windows smudged.. still dusty. They did the bare minimum. In and out in less than 2 hours...
*updated review - still awful experience after I was asked to give them another chance. First time back they had to send a second crew to reclean what they missed the first time. And today they informed me they had a car mishap (after their scheduled time).. no notice. Boarded the dog for the day so they could clean.. absolutely ridiculous company and would not recommend. RecommendedWe have them come every six weeks and when they leave our house looks brand new! They move furniture and clean underneath! They even wipe the tops of pictures! Highly recommended.

RecommendedI used Brazilian Cleaners today for the first time, they came to my apartment for a deep clean. They were amazing! They were about an hour late to my appointment, but it was worth the wait. There was a stain on my shower surround that I have scrubbed multiple times with no luck, and they got it off! My faucets are nice and shiny. They were quick and thorough with their cleaning. I will definitely use them again.
