Oh no! So I wanted to book multiple services and found this promotion that is "old" according to them. As you can see, there's no start-end date and rather than honoring it and correcting the issue on their end, they offered just 10% off instead. They called it a glitch, but knowing web building and Acuity Scheduling pretty well, it's most certainly lack of adequate management. I found this situation to be improperly addressed.
This is my first time getting waxed since I moved to Texas. The place was hard to find at first and it was awkward going in because you do undress in front of the Tech. She was very experienced and does try to talk to you to get you through the awkward moments.
