After a long week filled with challenging business travel (thanks Delta), I wound up Friday in Dubuque having dinner at Brazen with my 2 sisters. I could not have been more impressed with our experience, from the craft cocktails to the impeccable care that was shown in the creation of all of our entrees. The braised short ribs had an amazing flavor and were fork tender, complemented by a very good risotto. Rock star menu, great service - wish this restaurant was in the Twin Cities!

This place is amazing, fresh and delicious! Just what Dubuque needed! The food, staff and cocktails are all wonderful!
