Best service dept I have been to. They specialize in performance products. Had a computer tune steering stabilizer Koni shocks. Very professional people all of there staff is awesome and treat you you one on one answer questions expertly you won't be sorry for letting them work on your motorhome. Very professional everything!!!
Had to have my new Jeep Wrangler wired to tow and set up to use a portable secondary braking system. Well... after running into a few existing wiring issues at no fault of theirs or mine, they worked relentlessly to find and fix the problems though all the while standing by their original quote. Josh took care of me as did his Techs and got me out the door and down the road. We had a heater issue, while traveling from Alaska. The problem was diagnosed and parts ordered. Professional staff, great R.V. park to stay at while work is being done. Any work that we need done will be done here.

Brazel's helped us out last year with exhaust problem. We had previously paid to have issues fixed elsewhere in BC. We made it as far south as Brazel's. We were short on time as we were on our way to join a Caravan to Baja. Brazel's took us in right away & fixed all our problems, including dealing with our insurance company getting most of the costs covered. They have become our service shop of choice & we will have all future needs addressed by them.

We called their service center while on the road and needed them to look at something really quick. They told us to come on in. We were in and out in a matter of 15 minutes including service time. Great experience! We will be going back for any other RV service! Thanks again guys!
