1) found the stone I wanted as a remenant! I was happy 2) cost more to have it polished than I paid for the slab 3) paid all the fees - they asked that I come pick it up 4) wouldn't give it to by builder - I owed more money (they never bothered to tell me when talking to me) 5) paid the difference - they ignored me in the office - only offered a chair when I asked for one. 6) - they still wouldn't give it to my builder as they had a "policy." I'm sorry Ms. Ellsworth at the company we have strict policy rules, we try our best to please all our costumers. Labor and fabrication is another part of the price when you purchase any stone, labor and polish are not included and we let you see this. You came in at the office we personally greeted you, it was a five minute wait to adjust your invoice (of that of which we informed you.) .
