We had a leaking shutoff valve on the outdoor hose bib, so we scheduled a plumbing service visit. Chris showed up on time, checked the faulty valve, and got right to work. He shut off the water, drained the lines, removed the old valve, and installed a more reliable ball valve on the pipe. Brayden's Plumbing has helped me out twice since I bought my home in Austin and started learning how my septic and drain system works. The tank was full and the plumbing was starting to back up, and they came out quickly, cleaned it out, and got everything flowing much better. They also explained that there was likely a secondary cleanout port that might be clogged, which was very helpful because I did not know that part of the system was there. We had a water heater in a closet that needed to be replaced. The newer tank was bigger than the old one, so fitting it into the space took some smart plumbing planning. axel came out for the estimate and had the right solution right away, and we decided to move forward with the job. After buying a beautiful older home in Austin, we started having a sewer line backup not long after moving in.
