Ryan’s communication was outstanding. He replied quickly to every text and call, kept us updated without having to ask, and explained each step so clearly that we never felt lost. You can tell he actually listens and cares about getting things right. By the end of it, I consider him as a friend. If you want a realtor who’s on top of it and makes you feel heard, Ryan’s your guy!

We used Ryan and Kaitlyn Ebersole to help sell our house. They were both wonderful to work with and are a great team. Ryan communicated with us throughout the entire process and answered all our questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and know how to navigate the North Texas market. We went under contract in 5 days and got almost full asking (which is not easy in this market). Hands down the best to work with and I would highly recommend using him to sell or buy.
