We put in an offer on a home through our agent, and received a counter offer from the Bray agent, Kristie Gerber. We were told that this counter offer was only for us, but the Bray agent actually sent it to multiple buyers. We were signing first thing the following morning as we received the 24 hour offer on a Friday afternoon.
