Colleen has been an excellent property manager. I would highly recommend her to others. She responds quickly every time.
Johnny and Tom came out to clean our gutters. They took their time and did a great job. They came back to seal a the leak a few days later after everything had dried out. I think they did an excellent job.
Michelle did an excellent job helping us get some repairs done to our house. She is easy to work with and listens well.
Insane disrespect. Neighbors used kids with chainsaws to cut trees five feet from my trailer. I politely asked them to stay on their side of the concrete for liability issues. Bray Property Manager instructed them to call the police on me for freedom of speech and for defending my property rights with false reporting and gave me a phony police record.
