Any company that will take a girl's money and then not refund it after she is stricken with a life-threatening situation and will not be able to go to the prom is a pretty sorry company in my book. Dubai dress for this company then you're stuck with it so I will check around to make sure you can get a refund from another company just in case of emergency.
