I've been going to BravoSmile for 20+ years, even with the previous dentist and practice owner. They are still amazing as the day I walked in. Everyone is professional, skilled, fun and has a sense of humor. Not a popular opinion, but I LOVE going to the dentist, esp to BravoSmile. Highly recommend them! And their new space is amazing - like a spa!
The rudest front desk people. They only want you as a client if you plan on getting Invisalign. They never answer the phone and are non-responsive when you need help. They had the wrong address for me (even though I had lived in that house for years) and then made me feel like a deadbeat for not paying a bill I never saw. I got a simple filling by Tom Flath and my bite has not been the same, I can only chew on one side of my mouth! They have attempted to fix it twice and even charged for for it!! That was the last straw.
