Incompetent , That is the best way to describe Bravos Car Care. 3 attempts to fix same problem and still no resolution . Unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere to get my vehicle repaired. Consumer BEWARE!!! You don't need to patronize this business . This why you are reading reviews there are lots of other options for auto repair.
Bravo was recommended by another auto repair facility who kindly assisted me to get a muffler repair quickly as they were fully booked that day. Rene at Bravo was great ,very friendly allowed me to see exactly what the problem was and had it fixed while I waited, for a very reasonable cost. Would definitely give them five stars . Just check reviews on other sites to see how well they are regarded. Thanks again Bravo .
I DO NOT recommend this place. Prices are low, but when you take your car to this shop, other parts that were fine, conveniently break, so you have to come back an fic them with them. Total Rip off! I took my car for one problem, and It came back with another thing that was perfectly fine before it went into their shop. I will not go back with them again. I guess its' safer to take it back to the dealer than get taken advantage by this type of dishonest mechanics. You go with one problem and you come back with 2. They fix on... read more
