LANDLORDS BEWARE!! Do NOT hire Bravo unless you want your rent stolen. I have been given fraudulent statements by Bravo and they have been holding my rent from several months, despite my firing them 2 months ago. I know of at least 5 landlords in this situation. If you are in this position, please contact the Braselton Police Department and the Georgia Real Estate Commission. You may also contact their broker, Georgia Senator Clint Dixon.
Terrible Company. Currently they owe me nearly $10,000. All communication I have to them is being dodged. I get the voicemail, no call back, my emails are ignored for days, and only told they will look into it. I am currently seeking legal course.
There seems to be a lot of people that aren’t getting paid. I had thought that I was only one with an ongoing and unresolved problem. Look through court dockets and read other reviews.
BEWARE! Do not choose this company to manage your property as an owner. They were managing one of my rentals, collecting rent, but have not paid out owner distributions for two months. They are stealing people’s money. See you in court.
