Terrible management of our rental property. Didn't discuss lease renewal terms with us, got a bill for repairs they couldn't explain (and didn't notify us about it), and just general poor customer service. We moved to a different property manager and are much happier now.
Upon first moving in it too Bravo over a MONTH to fix faulty electrical outlets. (That's a fire hazard) Other maintenance requests were outright cancelled or ignored. Communicating with them is near impossible. They do not answer phones, they ignore emails. Apparently my property manager changed and I was never informed. Also when I moved out I was told different things, each time that I would owe more money than I had been told before. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

Charity and Melissa have been great as I recently began utilizing their property management services. I had some hiccups on the front end, but Charity made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner and handled the situation in a very professional and empathetical manner. I would definitely recommend using Bravo Group. I see that there have been some less than favorable reviews in the past, but based on my experience and I believe new staffing, I have had a very pleasurable experience with them.

Bravo Group is great, I was able to lease one of their office spaces at an affordable rate, which was crucial to my new business. The space is well maintained and has a great appearance. :)
