Excellent in every way. The food is always beautiful and delicious.
Jimmy and Patch came to our Costa Rican boutique hotel Tierra Magnifica and hosted a cooking retreat. The food was terrific and we had a ton of fun. Our chef learned a lot from Jimmy who openly shared his talent. Patch showed us how to photograph food too. Bravo!
