Excellent Service Took my neice here to help out my sis with the dance gear needs. We were greeted by the owner who was sweet, knew what we needed and helped us out. I felt at home since I had no clue what we needed other than a general idea per my sis. I highly recommend Bravi, great customer service and product knowledge went a long way for the clueless Uncle.
Update on experience... update: the owner emailed and apologized for our lack of customer service during our visit, as she was the one who was helping the other students that day and not sure what was going on with other clerk. she offered a GC for my daughter via our dance teacher, which was very generous on her part because it was unexpected. we haven't been back yet, but hope that if we do make it that way, we have a better experience. giving them another star as i thought her response was professional and sincere.
Wonderful Customer Service I have had nothing but great customer service from Dance Boutique. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and spend quality time with us to ensure we have the correct product such as Tap and Pointe shoes.
Excellent Customer Service I shop at Bravi for all my daughters dance needs. They have a good selection of dancewear and the owner is very knowledgable and helpful. She always gives us very personalized attention to help us find just what we need. I have shopped at other dance stores in the past and have never received the level of customer service that Bravi provides. I will continue to shop at Bravi because they are simply "The Best"
Dance Supply The owner is very knowledgeable. SHe has helped me get the right attire for my child's dance classes at South Bay Dance center. The store has just the right amount of dance supplies for the new dancer so as not to be overwhelmed with the wrong stuff. Very friendly and helpful.
"Misleading" Review Not True The review by Teresa C. above entitled "Misleading" is simply wrong. I was in the store when her exchange with the owner took place. She tried to return a pair of tights. The owner, who was extremely calm, told her several times and in several different ways that she could not return/exchange tights. That was the store policy. Teresa C. pushed and pushed. Overpriced and misleading The owner mislead me selling me the wrong merchandise. They won't correct the error. She was nice during the selling and very nasty when I tried to return the item on the sealed package few hours later. I though that since the store has overpriced items in comparison with other dance stores the customer service would be better, but it is not. I would never buy or recommend this store.â
Great Customer Service If you are looking for great customer service and a good selection of dancewear you will find it at Bravi Dance Boutique. I went to Bravi to purchase some items that my daughter needed for dance. I found everything I was looking for and they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back to Bravi for any dance items my daughter needs in the future.
Tap shoes & other My daughter is Tap dancing. We have purchased two Tap dancing shoes at this store, so far. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They carry expensive good quality shoes as well as cheaper ones. They are very honest and listen to your needs and help you find the best fit.
