Great studio and instructors. Very welcoming to newcomers and those less talented.
Great options for everyone. Each instructor provides many alternative positions to accommodate.
Went in as a guest of a friend while I was in town. Perfect class. Loved the teacher, the vibe, and how welcoming the class was. Very friendly to yogis of all abilities. Go in once and you will be hooked.
I took Sofia’s Express Brave Flow and it was really lovely! The flow was a perfect tempo, and I really appreciated and enjoyed that the balancing poses were at the beginning of the sequence, where lately in other flows they have been in the end where my legs have already been toast. It made me feel strong and empowered! I love this studio!
