I went to get waxed by the new employee: Ashley for a brazilian. Never again. She burned my back end. The wax was hot. The skin is so sensitive. As it is the front and back end are the most fragile. Sadly, I can't even sit down of how much in pain and irritated I am. The place is great. Only trust Marcela and Margaret.

First time back after a little over a year of not getting waxed. Let me tell you Ashely was great with the service and I already booked my follow up for the same reason. She was quick, gentle and made sure the process was smooth. Already booked my follow up for next month and picked up an exfoliating scrub. The space itself is such a great vibe and aesthetic is on point ! 10/10

I used to go to another waxer who didn’t clean up properly. When I got home, bits of paper towel literally fell off me. It was gross and unprofessional, and I never went back. Then I found BK and Marcela. She’s clean, respectful, and fast, but she does it right. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and actually cares about her work and making sure you’re comfortable. She’s made me trust the process again, and I’m very grateful for that. Thanks so much for the great work and service .
