Very caring and personable also they have groups I refer everyone here and have told my family doctor to send people to brave health you get the comfort of your home!
Brave Health has been a godsend! They have made things so convenient and everyone I have dealt with has been absolutely wonderful!
Worst experience of my life!!! I have been seeing doctor from ohio before moving here since I was 14 years old… not meaning to put my business out there but massive trauma tape physical and mental abuse. Been on the same meds for those same amount of years BECAUSE THEY HELP!!! became a patient with brave because it was convenient and when I spoke with the assessment team and my insurance they insured that my medications weren’t a problem and they won’t change things and they are consistent!!! I have called twice and sent a text over the past two weeks to schedule. I already filled everything out online too . No call or text back.
Awful customer service. Just awful. Hours on hold with no answer and only voicemail options. Awful awful awful.
