The worst eye doctor ever. Not recommended at all.
The sales associate upstairs was absolutely no help and gave my mother the run around regarding the eye insurance provider. She could have easily called and assisted her but she failed to do so. Offered no help at all. Luckily, I was there to call and obtain the information necessary. Almost felt like I was doing her job. It’s unfair to not provide customers the support they need.
Very friendly staff. Doctor makes a great effort to communicate with his patients in Spanish. Very knowledgeable and explains clearly, both the condtion, and the medication taking directions. My only complaint is the waiting. Appointment is at a given time, but one is not seen an hour later. Wall art deco could use an upgrade along with the furniture.
Después de leer tantos malos comentarios sobre este doctor yo estaba asustada de ir a mi primera cita, pero decidí asistir y vivir mi propia experiencia y déjenme decirles que fui atentida con mucho respeto de parte del doctor y todo su equipo, todo fue rápido y la explicación muy clara de parte de todos, así que sólo me queda decir , gracias por su buena atención
Por favor hay que reportar empleada de este doctor trata muy mal a los pacientes por favor ahí se va a pagar nada es gratis ya porque los pacientes hablan español no quieren decir que sean menos que otros Sean profesionales tengan Ética por favor pacientes no se dejen estamos en el siglo XXI busquen un lugar con un ambiente mejor que te traten como te mereces no como que eres un extraterrestre vas a un lugar a pagar tu propio dinero para que estos empleados tengan trabajo y que te traten mal por favor señores busquen un pers... read more
