Worst customer service. A truck breaks down and they have no way of getting you your product. Their solution is for me to come pick it up. After paying for delivery of course.

We always try to get our customers' freight delivered as soon as possible, but in this industry delays do happen due to breakdowns, weather, etc. Generally a customer pickup is only suggested if waiting for a rescheduled delivery is not an option for the customer.
