The terminal in Maryland is awful their terminal manager could careless they do not support their employees and less for their customers..... DO NOT USE THEM....

I ordered 2 pallets of flooring from Home Depot and they are the delivery company. When they got here, they opened the tailgate of the box truck(not a lift gate) and made my wife unload the truck!!! I was at work. What a joke, they said that was the customers job to unload, they just drive. I called the local branch and spoke to Matt (the manager) who said that it was their policy, and next time to refuse the order. I am totally blown away at that customer service. They made her unload, their truck!!!

We are sorry you are unhappy with our service. Please note that we certainly do not force anyone unload anything. Even in hand unload situations, the driver unloads the freight and the customer may help if they choose to. It's not as you described where the customer is unloading while the driver does nothing. In this case, since no liftgate was available, you and your wife were presented with the option to reschedule to a different day with a liftgate truck, or to hand unload. Terrible company with absolutely no integrity. One of their drivers hit my car in traffic and took off. This company is refusing to do their due diligence or take responsibility for their driver's actions. They claim I have no "evidence" when I have a an exact time and location and photo of their truck at the scene and proof of damage. What more can I provide? Wouldn't trust this company at all.

I am sorry for your experience but that is just not true. We thoroughly investigate all accident claims, and we will of course pay when we are at fault. If we have not accepted liability in this case, it is because that is where the currently available evidence has led us. I don't know the specifics of this case but we take safety seriously and we would never refuse to do due diligence.

Horrible!!! “Forgot to call” “sorry it’s been sitting here for 2 weeks we didn’t call but it’s sitting on my desk to call” “sorry we can’t get it there for another week” “I know the answer your looking for but I don’t have it for you” “there is nothing we can do” Neglected to deliver supplies for a job where installers flew in from out of town to install. Had to physically drive over 8 hrs to pick up supplies because they refused to deliver. Will never use or recommend ever!!!

I’ve been waiting for a delivery on behalf of our local Little League for over a month. The items arrived in the Cranbury terminal on April 3. Today is May 2 and they have yet to deliver after promising to do so 4 times over the past several weeks. The person on the phone each time had zero customer service skills and didn’t seem to be concerned that the delivery wasn’t fulfilled. Ordered turf from Sports Facility in Georgia. Originally told it would ship out in 1 week from order. Actually took 3 weeks longer for it to even ship. Finally get a tracking number and see that Braun’s got it on 1/24/19 and we should have gotten it within 2-3 days. Still no turf. Called Dalton, GA location and was told it went to the Syracuse location instead of to us in PA. Someone was to call me back & no one ever did. Hi Julie Beth, I'm sorry you had such a frustrating experience. Unfortunately we are not the turf manufacturer and we have no control over delays in shipping. We are only a transportation company and deliver according to the instructions we are given by the shipper. For the last 4 years Braun delivered all my Flooring. They were the ones who handled deliveries for a company that is no longer in business. Well to be truthful they still make some products but not the ones I ordered. It was sad to no longer see the faces of the gentlemen pulling in to make my delivery. I run a shop by myself while my husband installs. At times I may be with a customer and not able to get right to unloading.
