Unfortunately I need to write this review because I do not want anyone else to go though the same problems. I have taken lots of pictures of the messages as well as the issues with the remodel. To keep this short, I had issues with Bob's subcontractors doing quality work and Bob doing his job as the general contractor. Thing were not done right the first time and the subs had to come back several times and things are still not done right. For example a brand new humidifier was installed and doesn't work. Brau Builders is fantastic! They built my home 7 years ago and were great to work with!!!
We need a nice set of condos in Elkhorn. Maybe at 204th and Main, but anywhere Walkable to Old Town. Plenty of apartments but no condos. Come on.
