Dr. Bratton and all of her staff are very friendly, knowledgeable & provide excellent dental care.
Edit: I live 45 minutes to an hour away from their office. I sat in chair for over an hour for scan to get denture photos/mold two weeks ago...got a call last week saying I had to come back and do it again, because...I'm not sure. I have an elderly father in law to care for, just had bobwhite quail chicks hatch tonight that need to come out of incubator tomorrow...dogs on medication...they all need me to take care of them. All of the staff was friendly and professional from the front office to the hygienist (Sidney) to the dentist. I highly recommend this group!
I have been a patient of Bratton Dental Co. for several years and have always been pleased with their services. They are very friendly.
The whole team is so compassionate about their jobs except for Denise. When trying to get pricing she was talking down to me when I asked questions instead of simple explanation or saying I’m unsure let me check. If Denise is the spokesperson for your front and pricing I’d definitely reevaluate where you want ppl to go in the future because of her bad experience I will be looking into another office. Sorry Denise get a better attitude when it comes to customer service and pricing especially.
